Our Culture

As you would imagine, we have a fantastic culture and working environment at Mr B & Friends. We’re a young, friendly and like-minded bunch with a hard-working and professional core.

Our new office ‘The Palace’ is designed for social and creative interaction between our team and our clients, and being based in the centre of the beautiful city of Bath, provides an inspiring backdrop for our work.

Our clients, our partners and our suppliers quite often become friends and we choose to work with people where we have aligned values, shared ambitions and a principle of doing business the right way.

Doing our bit

In 2011, we met an inspiring local charity called Jessie May Trust. Jessie May works with the families of children who have life-limiting illnesses and provide expert medical and respite care for families based in the Bristol area.

Realising that we could help them to improve their profile, we undertook a pro-bono rebranding project and developed a compelling identity and brand proposition. We now produce various marketing communication pieces for the charity.

We also nominated Jessie May as our agency’s charity and undertake various fund-raising efforts including running the Bath and Bristol Half Marathons, and having a competitive cake bake competition! To date, we have raised over £2,000 for Jessie May and we continue to discuss new ideas to continue our efforts!
