Explore are the pioneers of adventure travel in Europe, carrying upwards of 35,000 passengers a year to over 100 countries around the world. But, while their product had innovated and evolved, their brand had suffered massively from underinvestment.

We were delighted to help. Our first task was to understand Explore’s position in the market – we discovered just how loved and respected it was as a company. We then investigated the evolving product structure and how each product could be branded and marketed. Finally we learnt the company’s commercial ambitions and vision.

Our approach was a root and branch overhaul of the Explore brand. This included the development of a masterbrand identity and positioning, creation of a new brand and product architecture and the design of a new visual and verbal language that extended across all on and offline media.

We also provided ongoing marketing, media and brand strategy and handled their advertising, direct marketing, print and online business.
