How do you strengthen 19 million friendships?
Friends Reunited – brand identity, web interface, video tour, online reactivation campaign
Friends Reunited is the original social networking site and since its inception had amassed over 19 million members. However the advent of ‘free to use’ and open database sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Bebo had started to erode Friend’s relevance.
A re-engineering of the business model, website, user experience and addition of new functionality signalled the opportunity to re-brand and re-launch the brand to potential advertisers, all existing members and of course to recruit a new generation of users.
Our work included the re-branding of the site, website interface design, creation of a 90 second video tour featuring Martin Clunes, and online display campaign and a new suite of business to business media tools.
