Following 25 successful years as one of the UK’s leading tour operators for the over 55’s market, Headwater needed to ensure that their brochure was as good as their customers perceived it to be. We were appointed to test those perceptions and hosted 3 consumer focus groups. Careful moderation highlighted that there were improvements to be made – in an evolutionary way.

We re-designed the brochure range: the most significant change being the creation of a separate Walking and Cycling brochure, as well as clearer product signposting and cleaner lay outs.
