i-to-i have been sending people to volunteer in Africa, Asia, Australasia and Latin America since 1994. They are the original volunteer travel company providing gap year breaks, adventures or volunteering holidays in many countries.
i-to-i who are a Tui Student brand, approached us to conduct a strategic research and brand positioning exercise, so we could identify the valuable consumer insights behind the brand. This exercise led us to that moment when as a traveller, you are making a real difference to where you’re staying, or are doing or seeing something that is truly once-in-a-lifetime – hence our positioning concept: ‘Do something extraordinary’.
We then developed this idea across a new identity, guidelines and brochure templates, and are currently delivering the brand across marketing communications.
