Kingsway Centre in Newport, South Wales is managed by King Sturge, the commercial property giant. The centre has been recently refurbished, and as a result needed re-launching to drive consumer footfall and increasing the commercial attractiveness to bring new retailers to the Centre.
We are embarking on a long-term relationship in the development of marketing for the Centre and our initial work included a regional advertising, direct marketing and online marketing programme.
