The Mr B & Friends team are celebrating after netting two wins at the Employer Brand Management Awards last night.
Silver was awarded for the campaign to engage staff following the Principality Building Society rebrand in the ‘Best Brand Ambassador Programme’ category. The ‘Home Team’ programme sought to identify and train ambitious staff members across every department of the 1,250 strong building society following its significant rebrand. The programme empowered the appointed brand ambassadors to learn, interpret and cascade the brand into the organisation using brand management, storytelling and culture to bring to life their new proposition ‘Where home matters’.
A placing of ‘Highly Commended’ celebrated the success of the IHG Europe Conference in the category of ‘Best Employer Brand Management Event’. The event takes place every two years and invites 520 hotel owners and general managers to see and celebrate business success. Working with the IHG team, we delivered the comprehensive event identity for a huge range of physical and digital touchpoint designs for an outstanding three days of connected tradeshows, awards, immersive experiences and keynote sessions in Berlin last year. As well as the visual identity, we delivered a seamless digital experience for attendees before, during and after the event.
Members of the team who worked on the projects joined clients from Principality Building Society at the ceremony at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
