Since joining the brand agency in 2021, Ali has made a huge impression across the company. Never one to shy away from a challenge he has thrown himself into learning and developing different disciplines in the creative department, from copywriting to art direction, to illustration and storyboarding for animation. He’s skilfully taken on projects ranging from pitches for new tech products to social campaigns for household brands to photoshoots for a global hotel group.
Ali has also been a hugely influential member of the brand agency’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, leading well attended lunch and learn sessions. He spent the best part of a year using his downtime to research, write, design and illustrate the DE&I recruitment guide, which received an incredible reception across the team. Having presented the document as part of a collaborative learning session, the guide has been implemented as a policy document, making the agency’s recruitment practices fairer and more inclusive.
