Bristol Rugby needed more. On the cusp of promotion and seeking to attract a younger audience to their ageing fanbase, they needed to give the club – and the city – something to believe in. A movement people would be hungry to be part of.
Building on the club’s new name, Bristol Bears, we put ethos before identity and anchored the rebrand in an assertive, unifying narrative - ‘Together We Rise’. Evoking the determination, power and strength of a bear emerging from its slumber.
