Mr B & Friends has welcomed two more new starters to the team this month. Lisanne Pinfield has joined as a Senior Designer and Tom Rickhuss has joined as a Strategic Planner.
Lisanne has joined us from the Trainline’s in-house agency where she was a senior brand designer. During her time there she found collaborating with the product team really interesting and enjoyed learning to approach a big brand evolution project as product-first.
The friendly vibe at Mr B’s won Lisanne over when she came in for a chat and she says she had a good feeling about the place. She claims to be a bit of a Dutch cliche as she loves the colour orange, has high cheese standards, a healthy bread obsession and owns a (few) pairs of wooden clogs – though she doesn’t wear them!
Prior to joining the team here Tom was a strategist at Great State (formerly e3) working predominantly on digital (website, app, social, CRM etc) for the likes of The Royal Navy, UNHCR (The UN Refugee Agency) and WMCA (West Midlands Combined Authority) basically, as he sums up, anybody that loved an acronym.
Outside of work Tom enjoys a lycra-free bike ride and producing music. His biggest learning of recent times is that there is absolutely no benefit to giving up coffee, having done it for a whole year last year.
