Mr B & Friends has welcomed Will Langton to the company as Financial Director.
Will joins us following a move back from Sydney, where he lived and worked for eight years, and transformed Cohort – a Digital Media and AdTech start up – into one of Australia’s top 20 fastest growing companies. Cohort went from a small office on an industrial estate to a £15 million turnover business, providing Will with invaluable experience of building and expanding a company.
His remit will be to ensure the sustainable growth of the company through maintaining positive financial health and profitability. Will joins the Senior Leadership Team alongside Creative Director Kate Gorringe, Strategy and Planning Director Adam Partridge, Digital Strategy Director Adrian Bryers and Client Partnership Director Paul Kirkcaldy.

Will says, “I’ve always been interested in the creative brand space and Mr B & Friends appealed because I like what they’d achieved as a private company, and I also felt that I could contribute to the business. I’m excited about joining the team.”
Having a newborn baby currently leaves Will with little free time, however he’s enjoying exploring the South West and will soon resume his mission to play at the top 100 golf courses in the world, which he’s already made a healthy dent towards.
Will took up the position on 14th June.
